9 Slices of Bread, cubed

1 lb Meat (Sausage, Bacon, etc.), cooked & crumbled

3/4
lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 cups Milk

1 teaspoon Salt

12 Eggs

1/4 lb
Butter

Greese a 9x13 pan

Cover the bottom of pan with bread cubes (hold extra cubes for
later)

Add layer of meat

Add layer of cheese

Mix eggs and salt, beat well &
pour over all

Pan fry remaining bread cubes in butter

Add these bread cubes as
the final layer



Bake for 325 degrees for 1 to 1.5 hours

Set for 10 minutes
before serving
